Invitation letter for the 32nd international conference Empriical Studies in Psychology (March 27th – 29th, 2026)

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to the annual international scientific conference Empirical Studies in Psychology, organized by the Institute of Psychology and the Laboratory for Experimental Psychology (Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade). This year’s conference will be held in person from March 27-29th, 2026 at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. Other important dates are at the bottom of this text.

Papers from different psychology fields are welcome, i.e., personality/individual differences, clinical, cognitive, perception, psychology of art, educational, organizational, social, and developmental psychology. The conference program will include keynote lectures, oral presentations, poster sessions, symposia, and round-table discussions, and we will continue with the awarding of the invited talk “Nenad Havelka: the award for excellent achievements in the early career”. More information on the competition is available on the conference website. The official conference languages are Serbian (and all BCSM languages) and English and the abstracts will be submitted in English only.

Submissions open: November 1, 2025

Symposium submission deadline: November 21, 2025

Abstract submissions close: December 5, 2025

Notification of acceptance: January 15, 2026

Revised abstracts due: January 30, 2026

The preliminary program of the conference will be available in late February 2026.
